Can I listen without the internet?

Do I need headphones?
Nature soundscapes also work through your iPhone speaker or a compatible external speaker. Stereo headphones make sound placement easier to hear and are required for binaural modes.
Does Oasis promise better sleep?
Oasis lets you create a sound environment for your own routine. Everyone responds to sound differently. The app does not guarantee an effect on sleep or focus.
