Oasis

Work and study

Background sounds for work and focus.

A document to finish, a page of notes to read. Choose a background without lyrics and keep it quiet enough to return to your task. Oasis lets you set each sound, save a work soundscape and time the end of your listening session.

Begin with one texture

For a work session, a calm river or brown noise can be a useful base. Try each alone before making the mix more detailed.

Example: river, wind, and brown noise

Keep the river in front, add light wind, and make brown noise almost imperceptible. This hierarchy helps avoid making the mix another distraction.

Adapt to the room

In a quiet place, one source may be enough. In a café or near traffic, a second sound can make the background steadier without requiring more volume.

Return to the same mix

With active Oasis access, save a work soundscape and reopen it offline after downloading on the same iPhone without rebuilding every setting.

Frequently asked questions

What sound should I try for work?

Try a river, gentle rain, or brown noise. No setting suits every context or every person.

Does Oasis guarantee better focus?

No. Oasis provides a sound mixer and does not guarantee an effect on attention, productivity, or concentration.

Can it remove noise around me?

No. A steady background can make some irregular sounds less noticeable, but it does not remove them.

Can I use the soundscape while travelling?

Yes. First download your recordings in Oasis. You can then play them without a connection.
